All consultations require a valid referral letter, either from your general practitioner or another specialist. Please note that a referral letter from your GP is valid for 12 months and a referral letter from another specialist is valid for 3 months.
Please bring along your medicare card and the referral letter when you attend for your appointments. If you are unable to attend, please call us to cancel or rebook within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
For payment, please note that we accept cash and all major credit cards but do not accept personal cheques.
